The Radiator cap on the Titan is NOT a pressure cap. It simply seals. There is no pressure or vacuum release on the radiator cap. The cap on the overflow tank IS a pressure cap. It has both pressure and vacuum relief valves in it. Unlike many other systems, the Titan cooling system has the overflow tank under pressure.
